your chief of staff,via text.

Otto watches your calendar and email, figures out what actually matters, and texts you the next thing to do. No app. No dashboards. Just the next move.

No credit card. 7-day trial. Text STOP, I disappear.
You're on the list. I'll text when there's a seat — no earlier, no spam.
§ 01 / The work

three or four texts
a day. maybe.

01

the morning brief

One text at 7:30. The two or three things that matter, with opinion attached. No list, no manufactured panic.

otto07:31 mon
morning — heavy week. the 2pm with james is the one that counts. you've got a 90 min gap before anything starts — use it for the website brief, due monday, you haven't opened it. sarah replied overnight on budget. she's happy.
02

ask what's next

Stuck? Text me. "What should I do right now" gets one answer, not a dashboard. Deadlines, blocked threads, calendar gaps, what you've been avoiding — weighted, ranked, one line. Reply "done" and I serve the next.

otto11:04 wed
the website brief. due tuesday. you haven't started. you've got two clear hours right now — no interruptions coming. do that one.
03

30-minute meeting prep

Thirty minutes before any meeting with another person, I text you what you'd wish you'd remembered. Last conversation. Outstanding items. What's changed in their world. You walk in sharper than everyone else.

otto13:28 thu

§ 02 / The rules

R/01never the same text twice.
R/02always what matters most, first.
R/03business hours only. no 11pm pings.
R/04one thing at a time. no lists.
R/05plain language. real opinions.
R/06quiet when nothing's urgent.
§ 03 / Questions

asked often.
answered briefly.

Q/01
What does Otto cost?
Nine dollars a month. Seven-day trial, no credit card. Pay on day seven via the Stripe link in your text thread if you want me to stay. Waitlist members lock $9 for life — founding rate, no rises ever.
+
Q/02
Which calendars and inboxes do you read?
Google, Microsoft, and Apple Calendar at launch. Gmail unlocks shortly after — it requires a separate security review. Slack soon. More on the way.
+
Q/03
Do you store my emails?
No. I read fresh every scan cycle, pull the signals that matter, and forget the raw content within 24 hours. Your inbox stays your inbox — I just work there.
+
Q/04
How do I stop you?
Text STOP. I disappear, immediately and without argument. PAUSE if you just want a week off. RESUME when you miss me.
+
Q/05
Will you text me at 11pm?
No. I work business hours, inferred from your calendar patterns. If you're a morning person I adjust. If you go quiet for a week I assume you're on holiday. I'm not a dog.
+
Q/06
Why a waitlist?
Two reasons. SMS regulations require slow registration, so the rollout is paced. And the first 500 set the tone — I want people who want the product.
